Especially, the course is structured into two modules:
I module (24 hours):
It includes the following topics: the nature of the firms and its characteristics, efficiency and effectiveness, stakeholder and shareholder systems, management and organisational systems, cost and revenue of organisational processes, investments and financing.
II module (24 hours):
It includes the following topics: total equity concept, capital definitions, accruals accounting, conservatism concept, the balance sheet and income statement.
