-Provide the student with a key to understanding the main themes of intervention of psychology in the world of work, describing the constructs, theories and methods of investigation.
develop critical and interpretative skills useful to face reflection on the themes that characterize the relationship between man and work and man-organization-work and, more generally, social issues (such as: unemployment, relocation, discomfort).
-Apply the knowledge learned, be able to adequately form the phases of the processes, know how to communicate clearly and effectively, using the proper terminology of the sector with both specialists and non-specialists.
