Course description

The course is designed to introduce students to the strategic management and business valuation. The emphasis is on the way in which organizations attempt to create and sustain such competitive advantage. The course is intended to provide the students with a pragmatic approach that will guide, also by case studies, the formulation, the implementation and the strategy and business valuation.
