Course description

The teaching of industrial relations aims to provide students with the tools to analyze contractual relations at the level of companies, productive sectors and economic systems.
Collective bargaining is examined as a factor in socio-economic regulation. Taking the steps from the technological and organizational changes that have taken place in companies, we propose the study of the methods and contents of the negotiated solutions of human resources management as the market and product problems change.

Prerequisites

It is necessary to have acquired and assimilated the basic knowledge provided by the courses of "business economics" and "organization theory"

of entrepreneurs. 1.3. The third actor: the public actor in industrial relations.
Relations between the actors. 2.1. Bilateral relations: conflict. 2.2. Bilateral relations: the
collective bargaining. 2.3. Triangular relations: concertation and social pacts.
3. The context of industrial relations. 3.1. The company and its recent transformations.
