The "Organizational Behavior" module aims to develop participants' knowledge of the main theoretical approaches to the study of human behavior within organizations, with specific focus on the determinants and consequences of organizational behaviors and possible application analysis tools. The course also aims to identify effective operational conflict resolution practices induced by individual differences within organizations.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of the Organization Theory (micro and meso level of organizational analysis).

Lectures, seminar meetings to present concrete business cases with selected witnesses of excellence (champions and managers of the sports sector), classroom exercises on organizational behavior, with applications also in the sports sector.

Written examination divided into four open five-point questions each, and a ten-point open question, related to the topics listed in the program.
Oral examination (for candidates who pass the test with a score of at least 18/30), that consists into questions that start from any gaps in the written examination, then regarding the other topics in the program.
Written and oral examinations aim at verifying the level of learning of the principles, notions and topics listed in the program.
This examination will be conducted on the basis of the following criteria: level of knowledge and depth of study regarding principles of organizational behaviors and human resource management policies; Language properties and exhibit clarity.

7. Final Examination: The student will achieve the minimum score if he/she can demonstrate the acquisition of basic knowledge related to the field of organizational behavior and human resource management policies. The student will get the highest score when he/she demonstrates that he has understood, thoroughly and introjected all the topics listed in the program, also being able to grasp the interconnections between them and provide concrete application, examples in relation to their managerial implications.
