STRATEGY AND INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS POLICY
The course is designed to introduce students to the strategic management. The emphasis is on the way in which organizations attempt to create and sustain such competitive advantage. The course is intended to provide the students with a pragmatic approach that will guide, also by case studies, the formulation and implementation of strategic changes
Students must have a basic knowledge of business administration, accounting, reporting and cost accounting.
