PUBLIC LAW AND EU LAW - MOD 2
The first module aims to provide students with the knowledge of the Italian institutional system and the mechanisms of production of legal rules. It also aims to develop the student's ability to relate the structure and functioning of national institutions with the European social and economic reality
First module (3 CFU): Society and law - The State - Form of Italian State - Form of Italian Government - The Italian legal system - The sources of law - The Republic and its institutions (electoral body, Parliament, President of the Republic, Government, Constitutional Court).
Second modul ( 6 CFU): The europen Union, its intitutions, EU rules, principle of primacy and direct effect, the Court of Justice (infringment procedure and preliminary rulings).
