Course description

Provide students with a basic knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Programming, so to make them able to develop simple distributed applications.

Prerequisites

User level knowledge of the Linux OS.

Syllabus

C++ development on the Linux OS. From procedural to Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Fundamental Mechanisms of OOP. Basic concepts of concurrent and distributed programming.
