INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION LAW
The course aims to provide the student with the basic knowledge of public law and appropriate knowledge and skills of the right of information as a set of rules that governs the current Information and Communication Society.
I module (only for students of SIGI): Society and Law-The State- Italian Form of State- Italian Form of Government- The sources of law- The republic and its institutions (electoral body, Parliament, President of the Republic, Government, Constitutional Court)
II and III modules (for all): The "Information and Communication Society"- The telecommunications as a universal service-The freedom of expression- The press - The Radio- The freedom of correspondence- The different types of correspondence- The interception of correspondence- The new media- Service and hosting providers- The advertising- Agcom

II module: a manual of right of information and communication suggested by the teacher at the beginning of the course
