Course description

The aim of this course is to provide students a solid preparation for acquiring skills and competences for understanding and analyzing problems and questions related to building the relationship between the individuals and the organizations and to strategic and operational choices and optiong for strategically managing human resources within private and public organizations.

Prerequisites

It is necessary to take the exam of Organizzazione Aziendale/Organization of International Business.

Syllabus

Human resources value cycle. Motivation and competencess. Programming, recruiting, selecting and accompanying human resources. Understanding the relationship between the individual and the organization. Assessing and rewarding people.
