The module aims to transfer to students the theoretical-methodological approaches necessary to acquire the mastery of traditional and innovative management techniques.

Business decisions: strategic, tactical and operational levels. Features of strategic decisions. Business strategies: overall; dimensional development; of multi-sector development; of international development. Competitive strategies. Analysis of competitive environments and characteristics of the sectors of economic activity.
Traditional and innovative business management techniques
Frontal lessons; exercises. Class setting as a working space and discussion in which the topics are discussed between learners and with the teacher.
