The main goal of the course is to develop knowledge and understanding about organizational behavior, coordination mechanisms and organizational forms.
Students should be able of collecting and interpreting information referring to organizational problems; they should be able of providing possible and innovative solutions about organizational design and human resource management; they should be able of developing learning abilities in order to undertake subsequent studies with a high degree of autonomy.
