Course description

The course offers to the involved students the possibility to analize and compare the rules functioning and the casistics of private economic law, also under a comparative light. Delving into the different topics object of studies, students will be able to know and understand the institutions and the norms of commercial law

The course has as object the learning of enterprise. Enterpreneur and statute. Enterpreneur's cathegories. Company and its transferement. Partnerships. Corporations

The course of commercial law relates to entrepreneurial activity and the exercise of the company, both by the individual, is the work of an organized group (such as, for example, companies or consortia).
In particular, we delve into the dynamics necessary for the establishment, organization, modification and termination of the company, especially in light of the reform of company law came into force January 1, 2004
