ORGANIZZATIONAL AND INTER-ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS
The course covers theories, tools and practices related to organizational design related to inter organizational relationships. The course aims at giving students the fundamental tools of inter organizational analysis and design in order to understand how networks operate, how they can be designed to achieve their goals, and what are the processes and the phenomena that affect their functioning. The students will be able to use tools useful to analyze and manage organizational networks.

The exam will consist of both a written and oral examination. Final written exam will consist of multiple choice, a case study with open questions that directly refer to the textbook. For students attending the course the written exam could also consist of open questions related to a project work and open questions that directly refer to material covered in the course.
