Knowledge and understanding skills: the student should be able to understand the basic concepts of organization paying attention to the design simple, functional, divisional organisational forms, organizational forms of international firms, boundaries and firms network.
Applying knowledge and understanding: the student should be able to apply the acquired knowledge to analyse and make a diagnosis of emerging problems from considering all possible hypotheses of organisational design with regards to simple, functional, divisional organisational forms, organizational forms of international firms, boundaries and firms network.
Making judgments: the student should be able to develop critical skills to use autonomously the acquired knowledge solving specific issues, such as the analysis of organizational issues and the identification of more suitable coordination mechanisms within and across all unitary and reticular organizational forms within and outside the organizing of economic activities.
Communication: the student is expected to provide coherent answers and to give clear and in-depth answers to the questions of the written exam and oral exam to questions about how to interpret the main questions emerging from the organisational design and coordinating mechanisms that concern the design simple, functional, divisional organisational forms, organizational forms of international firms, boundaries and firms network.
Lifelong learning skills: the student should be able to show a good learning ability, by widening, for example, his/her knowledge with use of relevant bibliographic references.
