ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND LEGAL SYSTEMS
The course aims to provide the basic knowledge of the economic analysis of law, with particular reference to the institutions of property, contracts, civil and criminal liability, and sanctions.

The course is intended to provide tools for analyzing and evaluating the effects of regulations on individual behavior - Autonomy of judgment
The student will be able to improve his / her ability to evaluate and propose in relation to the analysis of the effects on individual behavior of particular legal systems - Communicative Skills
Discussion of the topics discussed will be carried out so to enable the competence of a technical language and appropriate specialist terminology

Learning skills will be stimulated through the discussion in the classroom, also aimed at verifying the actual understanding of the topics

Verification of learning and assessment of acquired skills will be acquired through a written test with three open-ended questions. The exam lasts 45 minutes and each answer will be awarded a score of max 10/30.
