CONTROL SYSTEM PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The objective of the coirse is to provide a general reference framework about planning control in public administration; to provide the knowledge of logics, methods and tools us by active administration bodies to pursue the objectibes given by the legislator through the use of powers, procedures and resources assigned by law.
Knowledge of basic public managment
The different company types and in particular the characteristics of state-owned companies, public accounting fields of application, public administration control system, management general objectives, internal and external controls, the control on bodies, documents and activities, performance measurement and assessment, systemic interconnections in auditing.
The course is divided into two modules. Module I analyzes the system of internal and external controls to the public administration in the light of the reform of the control system. In module II, the topic of internal and external controls in the public administration is analyzed by focusing on the financial balance and the systemic interconnections of the control organs.

Student’s knowledge is verified through an oral test.
To pass the exam, the student must score a minimum of 18/30.
The student reaches the 18/30 vote, when he demonstrates that he has gained sufficient knowledge of the topics being discussed in the course. To achieve a score of 30/30 and praise, the student must demonstrate that he has gained an excellent knowledge of all the topics dealt with during the course.
At the end of the course, students must have acquiredthe knowledge needed to undertand the organizational and management innovation processes in public administration; they must have developed the capacity to collect and interpret the information deriving from public administration management, as well as the capacity to speak in a clear and detailed way about the internal and external management processes in public administration.
