The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the relationship between economic development and geographical space in a global perspective with particular attention to the theme of local development policies and resources.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
The student must demonstrate to be able to know and interpret the problems related to development, economic networks, governance, mobility and resources from the global to the local scale.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
The student must demonstrate that he has understood and developed the ability to analyze issues related to the development and distribution of resources in the different areas of the North and South of the world.
MAKING JUDGMENT:
Students must be able to deepen their learning independently and develop critical skills to interpret the main dynamics of the issues being analyzed.
COMMUNICATION:
The student must demonstrate appropriate communication skills by describing the concepts in a clear and exhaustive way through the correct use of geographic language.
LIFELONG LEARNING SKILLS:
The student must demonstrate a good learning ability using also different bibliographic references to be able to deepen individual topics analyzed during the course.
