Course description

Knowledge and understanding: The student will demonstrate that he has understood the process of formation of legal rules and the constitutional Italian architecture. Applying Knowledge and understanding: The student must demonstrate knowledge of the sources of law, the constitutional organs of the state, the form of state and government. It will also have to know the division of competence of UE - state-regions Making judgments: The student will demonstrate knowledge of the role and functions of the individual sources of law and constitutional bodies. Communication: The student will demonstrate that he has acquired an adequate level in technical-legal language.
Lifelong learning skills: The student will demonstrate, at the end of the course, knowledge of the Italian institutional system and its operating rules.

Learning assessment

Oral exam, in order to verify the level of the knowledge acquired, the methodology followed (and suggested during the course). The duration of the exam will be about 15-20 minutes for each student; 2/3 questions.
