The course offers to the involved students the possibility to analize and compare the rules functioning and the casistics of private economic law, also under a comparative light. Delving into the different topics object of studies, students will be able to know and understand the institutions and the norms of commercial law and the analytic discipline of concrete cases.
By the end of this course, students will be able to autonomously develope a critic comparison between the institutions belonging to this subject which are estabilished by the juridical system.
At the end of the teaching, consistently with the overall objective of the study program, students must show the following abilities:
Knowledge and comprehension - students must know the general principles of commercial law;
Ability to use knowledge and comprehension - students must be able to elaborate the topics studied during the teaching, apply the knowledge acquired and identify possible solutions to problems posed by the rapid evolution of enterprise law;
Independence of analysis - students must be able to collect the relevant data observing the real world in order to evaluate it on the basis of the knowledge acquired;
Communication abilities – student must express the concepts studied in a clear manner;
Ability to learn - students must demonstrate they developed an ability to learn and to update themselves through the study of literature and case law positions.
