Course description

The course includes the study of the main training methods for different motor and sporting abilities, promoting the acquisition of an effective teaching methodology that allows the improvement of performance. At the end of the course, the learner is able to plan a training program by differentiating the load according to the type of sport and individual performance. One of the basic conditions for practicing well a Motor and Sport Activity is to feed properly: the Sportsman must take care of his diet throughout the year not only for aesthetic purposes, but also to improve performance, by optimizing the biochemical processes and metabolism

Prerequisites

The student must acquire and assimilate the knowledge provided by the Human Anatomy, Human Biochemistry and Theory, Methodology and Didactics of Team and Individual Sports corses.

Syllabus

Learning assessment

The final Exam Evaluation will take place taking into account 5 prevalent Indicators following a specific Evaluation Report:
