Course description

The acquisition of an initial legal lexicon and,
together, the ability
to use basic conceptual
legal categories useful to the pursuit of the
study of the disciplines of jusprivation and
publicity.

the sources of Roman law in their historical occurrence; the private process; the negotiation deeds; people and family; real rights and possession; the bonds; donations; successions. Historical-juridical problems of the 5th century d. C.

The reconstruction of the Roman legal
order through the study of private and public law of the centuries from VIII century BC

The exegetical examination of legal texts and not of the sec. V d.C. Aimed at the
unde
rstanding of typical late
-age ordinance problems (22 hours).
