Aim of the course is to provide knowledge about the protection of intellectual property as a tool of competition on the market. The course aims to highlight the different legal techniques for the protection of innovative results, with a focus on patent law, trademark law, as tools that can make companies more competitive both nationally, in the European Union, and internationally.
