Course description

The Private Equity & Venture Capital course aims to develop skills in the management of investment operations in companies' equity. The course will be developed following a path that allows the student to familiarize himself with the relevant aspects regarding the role of financial intermediaries, their typology, the typical methods of intervention and the peculiarities of the management process of an operation from scouting, to business evaluation. , the structuring of the deal, the divestment procedures and listing on the stock exchange.

Prerequisites

The course is addressed to the students of the second level degree and requires that the learners have a good knowledge of the topics of accounting, corporate finance, economics of financial intermediaries and economics and business management in order to maximize learning of the course and basic contents to deal with some topics of the exam program.

Learning assessment
