The course objectives of the course concern the design as a means of expression and as a support to other engineering disciplines.
D1 -Knowledge and capacity for understanding
At the end of the course, the student will have to demonstrate that he knows how to make a drawing using a computer. The student will have to demonstrate that he /she knows how descriptive geometry is the basis of the rules that allow a technical drawing to be made. The student will have to demonstrate general knowledge of the organisation of the graphic space in order to effectively communicate the product he has generated.
D2 -Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course, the student must be able to find, recognize and interpret a technical drawing, also referring to the technical standards. The student must be able to generate and interpret an elaborate graphic. The student should be able to understand one of the different forms of representation from two -dimensional to three -dimensional.
D3 -Autonomy of judgement
At the end of the course, the student must be able to analyze and reconstruct different and possibly alternative options to arrive at the compilation of a representation of flat and spatial forms.
D4 Communication skills
At the end of the course, the student will have to prove that he /she is able to express the knowledge acquired during the course.
D5 -Learning Capacity At the end of the course, the student will have to prove that he /she is able to find and learn independently other more complex forms of representation, having acquired the basic knowledge to achieve this.
