To evaluate the acquisition and the depth of the general theoretical knowledge, the written test includes open questions on the topics of the course. When answering the questions, the students will have to prove their ability to explain the fundamental notions acquired during the course. Should the instructor deem it suitable, an oral test may be carried out to evaluate at the best the student’s performance. The grade obtained in the oral test will be averaged with the one of the written test, in order to produce the final grade.
