Course description

The student will demonstrate that he has understood the process of
formation of legal rules and the constitutional Italian architecture.
The student must demonstrate knowledge of the sources of law, the
constitutional organs of the state, the form of state and government. It
Will also have to know the multilevel governance of the economy.
The student will demonstrate that he has acquired an adequate level in
technical-legal language.

Teaching Methods

The course is organized in frontal lessons, in-depth seminars on specific
topics, self-assessment tests.

Learning assessment

Oral exam, in order to verify the level of the knowledge acquired, the
methodology followed (and suggested during the course). The duration of
the exam will be about 15-20 minutes for each student; 3/4 questions.
