Course description

Knowledge and understanding:
The student will demonstrate that he understands the mechanisms of
regulation and functioning of the information and communication system.
Applying Knowledge and understanding:
The student will demonstrate knowledge of the constitutional rights, the
architecture and the rules governing the information and communication
system in Italy and in Europe.
Making judgments:
The student will demonstrate knowledge of and distinguish the various
institutions that characterize the information and communication system.
Communication:
The student will demonstrate that he has acquired an adequate level in
technical-legal language.
Lifelong learning skills:
The student will demonstrate, at the end of the course, knowledge of the
principles and regulations governing information and communication
technology.

correspondence; the free speech; Rights and duties of the journalist; the
television; the Internet network; Opinion crimes; privacy; the right to be alone; copyright and software protection

I and II module (48h) The right of information and communication in the

Learning assessment

Oral exam, in order to verify the level of the knowledge acquired, the
methodology followed (and suggested during the course). The duration of
the exam will be about 15/20 minutes for each student; 3/4 questions
