Course description

The course aims to transfer to learners the general principles of designing and managing services for sport and to analyze the phenomenon of sporting events from the points of view of the many and diverse stakeholders.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the general principles of economics and business management and marketing

Introduction to services - Fundamental differences between goods and services - Service delivery process - Traditional and innovative sport business management techniques - Sports marketing concept The concept of communication in sport - Sporting events - Stakeholders of sporting events - The manner in which Stakeholders are involved
