Course description

The course deals with the study of sports activity, the assessment of motor efficiency and didactic strategies for training. The Learner will understand the use of the main Training Methods for the different Motor Skills and for the improvement of Performance. At the end of the Path, the Student is able to choose and use the main Training Methods, differentiating the load based on the type of Sport and individual performance.

Learning assessment

The final Exam Evaluation will take place taking into account 5 prevalent Indicators of the second Valuation Card:

 Ongoing Test
The Outcomes of Intermediate Testing will be merely orientational and not decisive for the purposes of the Final Evaluation

 Oral Test

The exam will focus on general and specific questions regarding the lesson program. To pass the exam will take into account the candidate's ability to synthesize, the clarity and correctness of the exposure. The vote will be expressed in 30/30 and the minimum evaluation to pass the exam is 18/30.
