Course description

At the end of the course, students must:

- have deepened their knowledge on the main molecular aspects induced by physical exercise;
have deepened their knowledge of the main factors responsible for muscle fatigue;
-have acquired notions regarding the use of supplements in sports practice;
- have deepened the knowledge on motor skills;
- have studied Eurofit battery tests and TGMs;
- having acquired the importance of sport as a tool for inclusion and integration.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the following topics is required: biochemical bases of intermediate metabolism; principles of physiology in sport.

Learning assessment

The purpose of the exam is to verify the achievement of the previously indicated training objectives. The written exam will take place by administering a written test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions based on the information provided during this course.
The exam is passed when the student has correctly answered at least 10 questions. The test lasts 30 minutes and the use of books, mobile phones and notes are not allowed; only the use of the calculator is allowed. Failure to pass provides that the exam must be repeated in subsequent sessions.
