Course description

At the end of the course, the student has to acquire the following skills: the skill to analyze, in the various areas of law, the discipline of cybersecurity; the skill to understand the applicative implications of the discipline of cybersecurity both in terms of substance and liability; the skill to deal with the discipline of cybersecurty with a spirit of criticism.

Law sources and cybersecurity: heteronomy and self-regulation (1 CFU, 8h). Protection of personal data and relationship with cybersecurity: target, object and aspects of data protection (1 CFU, 8h). Competition, brands, internet and cybersecurity: the position of cybersecurty between internet and the market (1 CFU, 8h). Cybersecurity and the online contracts: the position of cubersecurity within the online negotiations

Teaching Methods

The lessons will combine theory and practice. The course will be held in blended mode and will encourage the dialogue with the students.

Learning assessment

During the lessons there will be exercises to verify the student's learning level. Work groups will also be organized to encourage teamwork. The final exam will be an oral discussion.
